This villa, recently purchased by the client, had an undeveloped space on the ground floor, which the client wanted to turn into a home cinema.” The room had French doors and windows in various places, where acoustic curtains were installed to block out light and improve the acoustics. Since the room is located beneath the bedrooms, MoreSenz is creating a fully soundproofed space (box-in-box). This allows the wall-mounted speakers to be seamlessly integrated into the side walls, making them virtually invisible within the interior. The room will be darkened so that all attention is focused on the large screen.

An uncompromising high-end configuration was chosen for this theater. The Bowers & Wilkins CWM8.3 S2 front speakers with Diamond tweeters, together with the CWM7.4 S2 surround and rear surround speakers, CCM7.5 S2 Atmos speakers, and two JL Audio E112 subwoofers to create an impressive sound foundation. Driven by the powerful combination of the Marantz AV10 and Marantz AMP10 — the absolute top models in the Marantz lineup — this system delivers reference-level performance. Together with the JVC NZ500 4K projector, it creates a cinema experience that is grand, powerful, and uncompromising in every respect.
The interior has been entirely designed to create a luxurious and immersive movie theater atmosphere. Dark tones form the foundation, complemented by acoustic wallpaper, deep-pile carpet, and stylish velour curtains and window treatments that enhance both the acoustics and the ambiance. The stretch ceiling with an integrated starry sky provides the finishing touch and creates an exclusive ambiance where comfort, design, and experience come together perfectly.
The entire home theater is controlled by MoreSenz’s high-end media control system. Using an iPad, the user can effortlessly control the entire space, from lighting and equipment to streaming services like Netflix. Thanks to smart automation, the system seamlessly switches between sources such as game consoles, a Blu-ray player, a NAS, and a PC. With the push of a button, everything is instantly ready for the ultimate viewing experience.
” I look back with great satisfaction on the successful completion of this special project. From the initial design to the final delivery, every detail was handled with great care and attention. Both the client and I are extremely enthusiastic about the end result. It has become a movie theater where technology, design, and the overall experience come together perfectly — a place that will be enjoyed for many years to come.”
