It’s a cozy space with warm tones, capable of accommodating a large number of people thanks to 11 Rivoli-model Grand Film Chairs. A slight slope in the tiered seating adds an extra dimension.

Starry sky
This theater features a carefully curated audiovisual setup that guarantees an impressive movie-watching experience. Bowers & Wilkins CWM7.3 S2 front speakers, CWM7.4 S2 surround and rear surround speakers, and CCM7.5 S2 Atmos speakers are supported by two JL Audio E112 subwoofers. Combined with the Marantz Cinema 30 and an additional power amplifier, this delivers powerful, dynamic, and extremely precise sound for a fully immersive experience.
The interior was designed with an eye for detail, luxury, and acoustic performance. Wooden acoustic panels, together with the exclusive DWC Suave wallpaper and a custom-made rug, form a stylish foundation. The luxurious cinema seats, upholstered in black velour, blend seamlessly with the black ceiling, cove, and screen wall. The integrated starry sky adds an extra dimension and enhances the exclusive cinema atmosphere. The result is a warm, elegant space where comfort, design, and functionality come together perfectly.
The entire home theater is controlled by MoreSenz’s high-end media control system. Using an iPad, the user can effortlessly control the entire space, from lighting and equipment to streaming services like Netflix. Thanks to smart automation, the system seamlessly switches between sources such as game consoles, a Blu-ray player, a NAS, and a PC. With the push of a button, everything is instantly ready for the ultimate viewing experience.
“We will soon begin work on a truly exclusive movie theater project in the southern part of the country. The scale, design, and technical capabilities make this a project we’re really looking forward to. The clients are also enthusiastic and eagerly anticipating the start. We can’t wait to make this unique cinema a reality.”
