For this project, we built a completely new addition to the existing home, specifically designed as an exclusive home cinema. The spacious, open floor plan is fully tailored to the client’s mobility needs, ensuring optimal accessibility. High-quality materials, including acoustic wallpaper from Elitis and acoustic wood panels, provide a luxurious look and excellent acoustics. Specially designed columns completely conceal the surround and rear surround speakers from view, while the subwoofers are integrated into an acoustic baffle wall. The Atmos speakers are subtly concealed behind a stretch ceiling in the cove, allowing the technology and interior to blend seamlessly into a high-quality cinema experience.

For this home cinema, a high-end configuration was chosen featuring speakers from the Bowers & Wilkins 700 Carbon Series, which deliver an open, dynamic, and extremely detailed sound reproduction. The Arcam processing and amplification get the most out of the system, while the latest JVC 4K projector delivers an impressively sharp and high-contrast image. The luxurious Grand Film Chairs complete the experience and offer optimal comfort during every movie night.
The interior was designed entirely to order, striking a perfect balance between accessibility, design, and acoustic performance. Acoustic wallpaper by Elitis, combined with the custom speaker columns, forms a stylish foundation, with all technical elements seamlessly integrated into the design. The custom cove with an acoustic stretch ceiling and subtly integrated spotlights creates a calm, luxurious atmosphere. In addition, a high-quality hard floor was chosen, making the space optimally wheelchair-accessible without compromising comfort or aesthetics.
The client had a specific request: a true “sports bar” experience, where four sports games could be displayed simultaneously on a single screen. To achieve this, we developed a fully custom control system, specifically optimized for the client’s smartphone, since an iPad was not practical due to the client’s personal circumstances. Through a single, user-friendly app, the client can easily control the screen layout, the audio for each source, the lighting, and the integrated media players for services such as Netflix. This allows the entire home theater to be controlled with maximum ease of use from a single central interface.
