Dolby Atmos 9.2.4
High-end MoreSenz control system
Starry sky
This newly built villa with a basement, located on the IJssel River, was designed as a complete and cohesive living concept in which architecture, interior design, and technology blend seamlessly. A luxury home cinema has been created in the basement that seamlessly extends the style of the rest of the home. High-quality materials, carefully coordinated interior finishes, and an atmospheric starry sky create an exclusive movie theater experience. The technology is also fully integrated. The cinema is part of the home’s home automation system, allowing video, audio, lighting, and ambiance to be controlled centrally from a single system. Thus, the home cinema was not designed as a separate room, but as a natural extension of the villa.

Dolby Atmos 9.2.4, crystal-clear picture quality (4K), and future-proof cabling for 8K content. Clear sound from Bowers & Wilkins paired with powerful subwoofers from JL Audio.
In close collaboration with an interior designer, warm tones, earthy tones, velour curtains, a plush sofa, and acoustic materials such as a black acoustic stretch ceiling featuring a starry sky.
The entire home theater is controlled by MoreSenz’s high-end media control system. Using an iPad, the user can effortlessly control the entire space, from lighting and equipment to streaming services like Netflix. Thanks to smart automation, the system seamlessly switches between sources such as game consoles, a Blu-ray player, a NAS, and a PC. With the push of a button, everything is instantly ready for the ultimate viewing experience.
“We wanted a home cinema that wasn’t just technically perfect, but also truly became part of our interior. MoreSenz made exactly that a reality. As soon as the lights dim and the movie starts, it feels like you’re sitting in a real movie theater — but right at home.”
