This villa had a basement area of approximately 35 m² that was previously used primarily for storage. The client wanted to transform this space into a luxurious, multifunctional area: a home cinema with true movie theater-quality features and an inviting space to gather with friends. MoreSenz completely rebuilt the space using high-quality acoustic and interior finishes. Luxury materials from DWC and Alphenberg, stylish wall sconces, and a custom ceiling cove with integrated LED lighting and spotlights create an exclusive look. Thanks to the acoustic design, the space can be enjoyed to the fullest without disturbing the rest of the home.

For this home cinema, a high-quality Dolby Atmos setup was chosen, featuring Bowers & Wilkins CWM7.3 S2 front speakers, CWM7.4 S2 surround speakers, and CCM7.5 S2 Atmos speakers, supplemented by rear surround speakers for a fully immersive audio experience. Two JL Audio E112 subwoofers deliver powerful and controlled bass. The Arcam AVR31 processor, combined with the powerful PA720 power amplifier, delivers an impressive and dynamic sound, while the JVC NZ500 4K projector provides a razor-sharp image and a true cinematic experience.
The interior of this home cinema is designed around luxurious materials and a warm ambiance. The Alphenberg acoustic panels, finished in the high-quality Alphenberg Broom suede leather, provide an exclusive wall finish and optimal acoustic performance. Combined with the stylish DWC Pebble wallpaper, they create a unique blend of textures and ambiance. The custom-made rug adds extra comfort, while the green upholstery of the spacious sofa provides a bold pop of color and an inviting look.
The entire home theater is controlled by MoreSenz’s high-end media control system. Using an iPad, the user can effortlessly control the entire space, from lighting and equipment to streaming services like Netflix. Thanks to smart automation, the system seamlessly switches between sources such as game consoles, a Blu-ray player, a NAS, and a PC. With the push of a button, everything is instantly ready for the ultimate viewing experience.
“Moresenz in Nijkerk provided excellent service during the construction of my home cinema. The team was professional, and the end result exceeded my expectations. Thank you for a wonderful experience!”
